Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Umami Solutions Private Limited (“Umami”, “we”) handles information in Convenora, our private internal brand and growth operating system.

Information we access

• Google account identity data used for owner authentication, including name, email address and profile identifier.
• Google Ads account, campaign, keyword, asset, conversion and performance data after the authorised owner explicitly connects Google Ads.
• Business, brand, campaign, lead and conversion information entered by Umami personnel or submitted through a secure client onboarding form.
• Technical logs required for security, troubleshooting, auditing and service operation.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to authenticate the authorised owner, identify advertising accounts the owner may manage, perform owner-directed Google Ads reporting and management, and maintain security and audit records. We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or disclose it to external clients.

Storage and protection

OAuth credentials are encrypted before database storage. Access is restricted to the configured owner account. Convenora uses HTTPS, server-side environment secrets, audit logs, financial controls and an emergency stop. Provider passwords and card details are not stored.

Sharing

Data may be processed by infrastructure and API providers strictly as required to operate Convenora, including Hostinger, Google, OpenAI and other connected platforms. Client information is logically separated. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained while needed for campaign management, accounting, legal compliance and auditing. Temporary generated files are removed under configured retention rules. The owner may revoke connected-platform access from the relevant provider settings and may request deletion of stored connection credentials and associated personal data through our Data Deletion Instructions.

Limited use

Convenora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
