Data Deletion Instructions
Convenora users may request deletion of personal data and connected-platform credentials associated with the application.
Email your request from the email address connected to Convenora or the relevant Facebook, Instagram, Google or LinkedIn account.

- Send an email to privacy@seo.umamification.com with the subject Convenora Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, connected email address, business or Page name, and the Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads or LinkedIn account identifier if available.
- State whether you want a specific platform connection removed or all personal data associated with Convenora deleted.
- We may request reasonable proof of identity or authority before processing the request.
What we delete
After verification, Umami Solutions will revoke and remove the relevant OAuth connection, encrypted access and refresh tokens, imported profile or business-asset identifiers, and other personal information that is no longer required to operate or secure Convenora.
Where deletion is not legally required, security, financial, contractual and audit records may be retained in minimised or anonymised form for the period required by law, provider policy or legitimate fraud-prevention and compliance needs.
Processing timeline
We aim to acknowledge valid requests within seven days and complete deletion within thirty days. We will email confirmation when the request has been completed or explain any lawful reason for additional time or limited retention.
Remove Convenora directly from Meta
You may also remove Convenora through Facebook or Meta Business settings under Business Integrations or connected apps. Removing the integration stops future access. To request deletion of data already stored by Convenora, also email privacy@seo.umamification.com.
